Company Change.
I don't know if it was right for me to change the company before completing even a month, but I changed it.
New company - smartData.
I quit my old company cos my PM was the worst PERSON I have ever met, his PM-cum-leadership qualities being even worse.
I am not the kind of person who says foul about people, but this guy made me write about him.
I did not include the EXPERIENCE from that company in my resume.
But I met some very good people over there (2 of them already left the company, and another is leaving on 25-26 of this month - he's joining smartData soon, all due to same reason).
Anyway, about my new company - 300+ workforce, 100% gain in profit and employee strength in 4 consecutive years.
Its been 2 weeks since I joined, and these 2 weeks have been the best 2 weeks of my career since last 2 years. I have decided to stick to this for next few years, atleast.
dukeindia.com is done, I have told them to test it, but I guess they haven't.
They have issued the cheques, mailed them to my home address - but have not been recieved yet. :(
I don't think i'll be doing any free-lancing in near future. One, company policy, second, I don't want any extra load for me.
I am working as a SE in Night shift, and I sleep for atleast full 6 hours a day, never slept that long since last 7 years.
Will be getting Reliance Wireless Broadband -3.1 Mbps- within a week or so, and will write the basic JS tut I have been thinking of.
MISSED SOMETHING!!!!!!!
Went to Sector 16 Hospital with Gurri at 3 AM, to have bread-omelette, and then to Night-Street to have paranthas, and more bread omelette and MOMOS...
Felt like the 2 months training time we spent at chandigarh...
Missed Mig and Bal most... and others too.... :D
